Third album by Lecherous Nocturne is presenting really high level of technical advance. It is a good mixture of Death and Black Metal. On one hand you have a portion of solid technical two-string or one-string riffs, which often change to Black Metal chords with powerful blasts from drummer (I like the sound of drums on this album a lot, it has a lot of depth in it), but on the other hand the album sounds like deliberately some more distortion was added to it, so it sounds a little "underground". Reminds me of Episode 13's "Death Reclaims The Earth" at few points. Generally very good album, which flows through your speakers, or maybe I should rather say pounds through your speakers and you don't want it to stop. All tracks on this album create a perfect whole which you have to listen from the beginning to the end. Mostly thanks to combined slow and fast tempos in nearly every track. The vocalist has very good, clear growling, reminding a little of The Haunted's Peter Dolving. Instrumental 'Intro', 'Outro' and 'Prelude #2' are good insertions which create really dark atmosphere which works very well with the lyrics. And it's one of few albums, where you can clearly hear bass, especially when guitars are playing one-string riffs. The mastership of all guitarists can be compared to Emperor mixed with speed of Deicide, but still some riffs are as catchy as if they were written for Dismember. Great album, I strongly recommend 'Those Having Been Hidden Away' and 'Creation Continuum'.
