This is a great new album from the band that brings them to the forefront of the death metal scene with a lot of veracity.  There is an ability for the band to be abrasive and they are certainly more tight than on previous releases.  The music here is fast and aggressive and showcase and incredible talent of the band to be as poignant as possible.

The musicianship is very solid with good guitars and a harsh vocal performance.  There is not anything particularly amazing about the performances, though they are powerful.  Add in a pretty potent production job and this album makes an impact.

The downside of the album is that it is still not as interesting as something like Nile’s most recent albums and loses something with its straightforward approach.  There is a lack of anything resembling an interesting standpoint and this makes the
