From the tortured depths of flame and pain of hell itself, comes another of the black music minions that are out to clear a path for their dark lord to rise and show us his darkened might and steal your very soul. I bet you already have got the picture of just what Reno, Nevada’s Blasphemous Creation are all about.

Blasphemous Creation are competent old school Black Metal band who come across as a mixture of two opposing sides of the metal coin.. Sides that seemed to end up clearly defining what and eventually who they are as a band. One side, is that BC never creates many original things with their music... that being said, you have to keep in mind that they still delivers a very punishing assault on your souls. The band is also true to it’s musical inceptions, and keeps true to the Black Metal ways while showing that the band can really play as well. Virtuosity and Heaviness can coincide together.

Having only four songs on this CD does not take away anything at all... it shows really well that these Black metallists will one day be a household name in the BM scene. The thing they need to succeed is a full length album to their resume... Oh please we need a full length album!!!

This is just the smallest tip of the brimstone iceberg for this blackened quartet, and I hope to see and hear more from Blasphemous Creation at a later date. My soul needs to be darkened anyways.. Will this band please lead me to the river Styx?
