"Đavolja Varoš" is Devils Of Belgrade's second full-length album. From what it sounds like here, they seem to be a "guitar-oriented" instrumental band who's sound is a mix of everything from Thrash to Stoner to Progressive & Melodic Rock n' Roll/metal. Their sound can be described anywhere from "edgy" to "groovy" to "bad-ass" to "rockin'". This is high-energy stuff jam-packed with solos and duets and everything guitar, accompanied by nice bass-playing and great drumming (sorry, I couldn't think of any other adjectives). Aside from all this there are a few sentimental moments as well. "Đavolja Varoš" sounds a lot like a journey- almost like an adventurous soundtrack to some kind of video-game, or a story in the form of a seemingly flawless and endless jam-session.

There's not much I can say to justify this album- basically you just have to listen to it. This is total ear-candy, and the kind of stuff guys might play to pick up chicks. If you like any of the above-mentioned musical styles and are a guitar-nerd, or Serbian, you should probably give this a listen.
