Chicago based Death Metallers Dead For Days nowadays are calling themselves Reign Inferno, as the band has gone off and reinvented themselves. Their short legacy needs to be heard, and heard loudly so fans can see where Reign Inferno is and where they came from. Their last album, called "Disassociated From Reality" needs to be heard, so I am putting fingers on keyboard to do so.

As brutal as they are technical, this four piece plays some of the most amazing and very precise Death Metal ever. It is like if Dragonforce played insanely over the top Death Metal, all because of the technical aspect these guys show that this comparison could be done. These are extreme metallers, that are so damn good at playing their music, it is scary to behold - but you behold anyway.

Tracks like the sick and nasty 'Conforming Through Violence' to the head explosion of 'Swallowing The Barrel' confirms the fact once and for all... Dead For Days can play and make amazing music that melts your face in the process. With the sonic attack like this it is very clear that this band can top any out there, and all without even trying very hard.

I loved this album from start to finish - too bad Dead For Days have closed shop. I will listen to their new band and I only hope that they kept the strength and talent, and continued on their rise in the metallic ranks. If they did not keep this amazing feel going - that would be a bad thing for metal.
