TWEEDLEDEAD is a new extreme metal entity from Italy. Intertwining elements from a vast swath of extreme music genres, from death metal, grindcore to black metal, and everything in between, the project masterfully crafts an eclectic sound that breaks down many generic barriers or borders.

TWEEDLEADED expresses himself in a multi-faceted manner, but above all close to his lyrical and conceptual ideas. It is a story, a vision with an analytical eye towards the current social drift and the decline of modern civilisation, which has roots in ancient times. The dynamic sound, a striking as well as glowing amalgam of everything extreme, is explored in very contrasting and distinct ways. The music is both a study of the intricacies of extreme metal as well as an exploration in how far certain typical elements can be stretched and pushed in new directions.

Band comments: "In my opinion this song is the most diverse and obsessive track on the album, both in terms of arrangement and concept.

It starts in a solemn way, with doomy overtones, but then it rapidly develops in a full-blown assault led with intensity and speed, a constant acceleration up to a cathartic blast-beat explosion. The song then redescends into a slower section that resembles the beginning and the initial doom rhythm, which might lead to the end... or a new beginning?! In short, a disturbing infernal loop, with some unexpected changes. During the songwriting process, Morbid Angel and Napalm Death often came to mind.

Lyrics wise, 'Sins' is not based on the concept of religious sin. It's more like a description of what is happening in today's society. Every person may be subjected to harsh criticism due to their personal views on any sort of topic. Our instinct tends to get suffocated and repressed in the name of a so called 'Universal Good' whose parameters are often dictated by the medi".
