French band THE SCALAR PROCESS will make their serpentine entry into the ever-expanding circuitry of technical death metal when they release their debut "Coagulative Matter". The supporting single 'Poisoned Fruit' shows us that the band have good ideas they will be exploiting when bringing into fruition an album that is not just the overly complex and banal mess that passes for technical death metal these days.

This track shows us THE SCALAR PROCESS can deliver on all fronts when weaving together their material. Melody, clean transitions and the usual display of instrumental acrobatics come alive when merged with synth and powerful atmospheric backdrops.
