MB Premiere and Review: INFILTRATION - 'Point Blank Termination' full album stream

Russia to the rescue!, well not quite, considering this is death metal. INFILTRATION take up the challenge of steering this already fuckety fuck of a year further down the path to total annihilation with their debut Point Blank Termination. Take a look at the name, then take into account it's only 31 minutes, nuff said? Those that are not new to the genre - would understand, but to fresh meat, prepare for a good old fashioned clobbering, thrashing death metal style. Brutal blast beats, pummeling double bass trade-off ferocity with decimating riffs and vocals; you dare play roulette with Point Blank Termination? The four butchers of INFILTRATION take a somewhat clean production and just smear it in the entrails of late 90s, overflowing with cruel-chug chord structures that dissolve into some fascinating classic death metal riffing.

On their debut, Point Blank Termination, INFILTRATION demonstrate the ability to create something that's been in the fallout one too may times and somewhat apply a refreshing sheen to its deteriorating frame. Be on the lookout for more works of woe by this new Russian pact, for now let the punishing sounds of 'Plunged Into Decimation', and 'Missing In Bodycount' hum with ravaging fury in your ears.

ARSIS Released Music Video for New Track 'Fathoms'

American death metallers ARSIS released music video for new track 'Fathoms', taken from the band's sixth studio album Visitant, out today (November 2nd, 2018) via Agonia Records (Europe / Rest Of The World) and Nuclear Blast Records (North / South / Central America).

ARSIS commented on Visitant: "With a meticulous attention to detail and hooks, we feel as though we have created our most honest and dark record to date".

Guitarist & vocalist James Malone elaborates: "I wanted to do something different with the lyrical themes for this album and it was just a natural move to incorporate a passion for horror into Visitant. As I was doing my part of the writing I tried to capture the tone and atmosphere of some of my favorite films (Silver Bullet, From Beyond, Prince Of Darkness). It was a very satisfying and fun album to write and I think it might be what fans consider a 'worthy follow-up' to A Diamond For Disease". On the first single and its video, James added: "Tricking the Gods is inspired by my love of werewolf movies, specifically Stephen King’s Silver Bullet. I really liked the idea that everyone in the town was looking for this beast and it turned out to be the person they least expected: the minister. That blurred line between good and evil, heaven and hell made perfect song writing fuel".
