The Week In Metal - Week Of Aug 12 - 18, 2019

Last week, unthinkable happened, I didn't post "The Week In Metal" column! There are only few reasons that can make this unprecedented event to occur, and one of them is a physical inability to get up and walk to a computer. I'll make the long story short, but on last Monday it took 3 paramedics and couple shots of morphine and steroids just to get me up from a bed. And if you ask why, let's just say I still think I'm young at heart but for some reason my body refuses to follow my youthful enthusiasm. One thing is certain, next time I'll think a second longer before going all in, not! Well, or maybe that bill from ER will serve as reminder... time will tell.

On that note, I'm back just in time to give you a crushing list of suffocating force that will pound you senseless and suck the marrow from your bones. Yes, last week was fierce, ugly and laid waste to the underground across a myriad of releases of which many were covered in detail on our pages. That might be full week of painkillers talking, but during last seven days I had tons of extra time for music consumption and I uncovered even greater appreciation for infernal emptiness and diabolic means of destruction, and I hope you find same level of indulgence after listening to this list, with pain pills or not.
