The Week In Metal - Week Of Oct 21 - 27, 2019
Today, I'm going quickly straight to the point since there are almost 50 releases you have to sort through. Maybe quick is not the best choice of words because by my quick (and here it is again???) count we have this week's list dominated by doom and all its gloomy shades and overtones. I think I've counted 12 albums listing doom category alone and if you add sludge, post-metal and atmospheric sub genres we might be closing on half of the list. So, enjoy slow tempos, low-tuned guitars and nostalgic atmosphere while you still can but don't procrastinate for too long because weeks fly by and new list is just around the corner.
Till next week...
